YOUR STRATEGIC ALLY.
THINKING PARTNER.
BIGGEST CHEERLEADER.
I’m proud of you.
You’ve worked hard and built a successful business. You’re great at what you do.
Your clients love you. Most people think you really have your stuff together –
in fact, many people come to you for help. And you’re probably really tired.
I don’t mean the “Let me just get a weekend of sleep” tiredness.
I mean the weight on your shoulders, the lack of lightness and joy.
You’re running at capacity, wearing all the hats.
Your team needs more of you than you have space to give.
And time for yourself and the things that matter to you outside of work?
Seems like a distant memory.
But you keep going.
You know that everything depends on you.
It’s not just tiring. It’s exhausting.
You’re longing for some space.
I started the wild ride of doing my own thing in order to ditch the cubicles of corporate life, find greater freedom, and have more impact.
I was full of excitement and energy, but somewhere along the journey, I realised that I’m running on empty. I had built success, but things became “just too much”. It felt as if I had created another hamster wheel, and this time it was my own.
If only …
… the day had more hours.
… there was more time to take a breath and think.
… there was space to focus on the things that move the needle.
When you’re doing it all and your business relies entirely on you,
it can be hard to see the woods for the trees.
Things feel heavy.
You feel you’re never fully present.
You’re fire fighting instead of creating.
And inside, it’s slowly crushing you.
In the everyday craziness, it’s so easy to become reactive, jump from one thing to the next, constantly changing all the hats we wear as small business owners.
It’s not sustainable.
And I’m here to tell you:
It doesn’t have to be this way.
The key is doing LESS, not MORE.
Doing the right things right.
And by “right”, I mean right for YOU.
I believe that your business is here to bring you joy and make you feel alive!
Businesses that grow sustainably, run smoothly, and give you space to focus and lead.
That let you perform at your best without sacrificing your sanity, sleep, or time with the people you love.
That grow profitably without depending on you for everything.
Life is short. It’s precious. There is no time and energy to waste.
And the truth is:
We are surrounded by other people’s ideas of how we should run our businesses.
You find countless “secrets” to building and growing your business fast. And some of the advice is not inherently wrong.
But…
Are those strategies right for you and your real life – right now?
Do they support your big dreams and goals?
Do you truly enjoy what you do?
What I understood when I was on my best way to run myself (and, by that, my business) into the ground:
The only “right” way is the way that feels authentic and honest, that you enjoy, and that doesn’t stress you out or leaves you overwhelmed. The one that doesn’t ignore your real life, but is built around it.
Doing it all and implementing all the things is not working, at least not on the long run.
If you keep your head bogged down and you’re running at capacity, I want to invite you to stop for a second and detect a different way.
You don’t need to hustle harder and just push through.
You need strategies and actions that support what YOU want to build.
And the only right plan is the one that’s built from the inside out, starting with YOU and your real life.
If you’re still reading and this is you, let’s build a business that works for you – not the other way around.
They teach me how to set goals, to plan and train, to be persistent and resilient, to take care of the right equipment and support by others, to move through unknown terrain, to face the most adverse weather conditions, to know when to keep going and when it’s better to turn around and try again later, to find alternative solutions, to test boundaries and (personal) limits, to simplify and eliminate distractions and focus on what matters. They are my place to go when I need a different perspective, a clear mind, a connection to my roots, and a sense for the power inside of me and around me.
